Account Deletion – Pookie App
This page explains how users of Pookie App can request deletion of their account
and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to connect@pookies.in
- Use the subject line: Delete My Pookie Account
- Include your registered phone number in the email
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Phone number
- User profile information
- Authentication data
- App usage data
- Chat and call history (if applicable)
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- No personal user data is retained
- Some non-personal system logs may be retained for up to 90 days for
security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
Processing Time
Once your request is received and verified, your account and associated data will be permanently
deleted within 10 working days.
